collation of KPI information into a monthly reporting process
which is presented clearly and concisely. This presents key information
through a combination of summary current and recent historic values,
supported by comments provided by the business category owner
and also by use of graphics.
This will enable a business to review all aspects of their
business in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring that
all areas of the business are scrutinised, and equally importantly,
that relevant action is taken and delegated to the right person
to take action. The dashboard is available across the company
to enable staff to understand where the business is heading
and the impact they have in the company’s success.
