The phases involved are:

		ASSESS - understanding the needs of the business and clarifying the goals

		PLAN - confirming the way forward; defining the strategy and method of delivery

		IMPLEMENT - performing the work and / or supervising the progress

		MONITOR – ensuring the project meets the needs and checking its ongoing effectiveness

The process includes documentation and the use of web based collaboration tools to ensure seamless working and clarity of progress.
